DispatchStars ("we") provides Google review response services to businesses. This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics.
If you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to share. For clients, we access your Google Business Profile only through manager access you grant, and your job software (Housecall Pro, Jobber or ServiceTitan) only as needed to set up review requests. We never ask for your Google password. We do not send text messages to your customers.
Only to respond to you and to provide our service. We do not sell your information. Reviews and replies are processed with AI tools solely to draft responses.
You can remove our manager access at any time and ask us to delete your information by emailing jason@dispatchstars.com.
